When was the last time you did something that filled your life with PURE JOY?
I’m talking about laughing until your stomach hurt or eating something that made you do the “this is so delicious” dance or doing something where time seemed to stand still because you were so present and totally in the moment.
If you haven’t had one of these moments, lately, pull out your calendar and schedule some joy ASAP!
This weekend, I danced my heart out in the desert at Coachella with some of my favorite people and it was exactly what I needed!
Joy is an activator.
Joy is a mood booster.
Joy is a stress reliever.
Joy is a gratitude generator.
It can change your brain’s physiology to help you be happier, healthier, and more fulfilled.
My challenge for you this week is to prioritize joy.
