For those who know me, they know that I love to cook and that the kitchen is one of my favorite places to be. Cooking is a stress reliever for me, as it allows me to get lost in the chopping and sautéing and be present in the moment, instead of worrying about things. I also love that it helps me to be creative, as I usually don’t use recipes and do my own things. Lastly, I love that it is a way for me to show love to my partner, family, and friends. However, sometimes, my days get a bit packed and I don’t always have the leisurely time to luxuriate in the kitchen to whip a beautiful meal.
One day, I looked up and noticed that it was almost 7PM and I hadn’t even given a thought to dinner and I hadn’t meal prepped that week. Then I thought, let’s see what ChatGPT can do. So I pulled up my phone and typed in this prompt:
Create a risotto recipe includes a bell pepper, 1 carton of mushrooms, and an onion. This recipe must be able to be made in about 30 minutes and can use an InstantPot.
In 3 seconds, I had a recipe for a risotto and I went to work. In about 30 minutes, I had one of the tastiest risottos I had ever made!
This is the power of ChatGPT to help you save time, eat healthy, and reduce stress! Since then, I’ve used ChatGPT to create recipes for salad dressings, curry dishes, homemade pasta sauces, and gluten free vegan desserts that are approved by meat and gluten lovers. All have been a hit!
While, I know that AI and ChatGPT is still up for debate, I choose to use it for good as a way to help me create more time and space in my day. How do you use AI tools to reduce time or stress?
Oh, and if you are looking the recipe – here you go! 🙂
