This morning, I had a really powerful therapy session. My therapist reflected back to me – You seem to be choosing your life instead of letting your life choose you.
I couldn’t help but think about the word – CHOICES. Apparently, some sources suggest that the average person makes 35,000 choices per day or roughly 2,000 decisions per hour or one decision every two seconds. With so many choices to make, it’s easy to become overwhelmed and make decisions on autopilot, without considering their potential consequences. As you move through your week, take a moment to reflect on the choices you are making and whether they align with your true desires and values. Remember, you have the power to choose your life – one decision at a time.
How can you take control of your choices this week to feel more connected, confident, and empowered?
